SHEEP MILK - A HIDDEN GEM
one of the most nutritious milks in the world
We are proud to be the first to introduce a revolutionary innovation to the market - sheep's milk porridges & pudings.
The composition of Bebis baby foods is specially tailored for the proper development and healthy growth of infants and young children. Bebis baby foods are lovingly made in Europe and meet the highest production standards.
EASY TO DIGEST
Sheep milk is naturally homogenized due to its higher proportion of small and medium-chain fatty acids. Combined with its special protein structure, sheep milk is very gentle and easy to digest even for sensitive tummies of our little ones.
RICH SOURCE OF
VITAMINS & MINERALS
Sheep milk is a great source of vitamins and minerals, usually reaching higher levels than other dairy products. For example, levels of essential minerals like Calcium, Magnesium or Zinc are significantly higher. Levels of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E are higher than in cow and goat milk as well.
UNIQUE PROTEIN STRUCTURE
Sheep's milk contains up to 60% more protein than cow's or goat's milk, but most importantly, it is a 'complete' source of protein, containing all ten essential amino acids. Essential amino acids are those that the human body cannot produce on its own and must be part of one's diet. Their sufficiency is especially important in childhood, as it contributes to key developmental processes.
NATURALLY A2 TYPE MILK
Sheep milk is naturally A2 type milk, free from A1 beta-casein protein found in most cow milks. Many health benefits are proven to milks containing only A2 beta-casein protein compared to the ones with A1 beta-casein protein, but also easier digestibility and less incidence of gastrointestinal problems.
CLOSER TO BREAST MILK
Compared to cow and goat milk, sheep milk is the closest one to breast milk in terms of composition and structure. In comparison, sheep milk is the only one to contain all 10 essential amino acids, high amount of minerals and vitamins, and higher levels of lactoferrin; a unique nutrition element important for the right immune system function of the little ones.
SHEEP'S FULL-FAT MILK
Bebis baby foods & formulas are made with whole sheep milk which makes them superior to many other products. Whole sheep milk is also a great source of essential polyunsaturated fats needed for the healthy growth and development of infants and young children.
COW'S MILK-FREE
The Bebis company guarantees cow's milk-free products.
Bebis foods & formulas are free from beta-casein protein A1 which is found in cow milk. Therefore, Bebis products are a great alternative to those suffering from cow milk protein allergy (CMPA), the most common food allergy in babies.
NO SUGAR ADDED
Bebis foods & formulas contain no added sugar in any of the products. All of them are sweet due to naturally occurring sugars in cereals, sheep milk or fruits and vegetable ingredients. You can freely let your children enjoy every portion of Bebis foods & formulas.
MALTODEXTRINE FREE
Bebis baby foods are maltodextrin free, even though this substance is a significant component in many other baby formulas and porridges. Maltodextrin is originally derived from plants; however, it is highly processed and lacks additional nutritional benefits. Conversely, studies have shown that consuming maltodextrin can significantly raise blood sugar levels, negatively affect certain bodily organs, or trigger allergic reactions.
MADE IN EUROPE
Company established in the heart of Europe, we are proud of our Czech roots. Bebis baby food meets the highest standart of European legislative regulations.
PALM OIL FREE
Sheep milk is a great source of polyunsaturated fats which are essential for healthy growth. That is why Bebis can cut vegetable oils to a minimum and of course all products are palm oil free. Therefore you support a great future not only for your kids.
